Matthew had the right idea. Good Union serves up BBQ stacked in sandwiches or by the pound or stuffed into tacos. They sell salads and sides. And they have an awesome Happy Hour.

But they also have 2 other gems on the menu. And these keep people coming through the door!

Loaded Spuds Are in The Oven

These are spectacular! Served up steamy hot with the white cheddar melting. Add to that bacon, butter, sour cream, and chives. And you have a winter meal worth walking through snow to get! To make it even better, add any of the smoked meats on top.

Your Choice of Burgers

Good Union at CityLine on the Plaza for the best burgers at CityLine. And The Big Whiskey is always a good choice.  A Prime Burger topped with smoky bacon, cheddar, a crispy onion ring, lettuce, onion, and a pickle. Then pour over Texas Whiskey BBQ Sauce. All of this is on a toasted brioche bun, and it makes for a great meal!

All Good Union Prime Burgers are served on the same toasted brioche bun as the Stacker Sandwiches. And they go well with the Skinny Fries.

The Weekender is another popular loaded burger. Try and imagine this – Cheddar, Swiss, bacon jam, maple mustard, lettuce, tomato, and a pickle on top of a perfectly cooked Prime Burger! You choose your sauce.
