We’ve used our culinary creativity to blend together some of our best flavors. And then we’ve layered those flavors inside perfectly toasted brioche buns.

Pig Mountain – We bring together moist pulled pork that’s been smoked in-house for hours, with slightly spicy sliced sausage, then add the best bacon. This tower of goodness is topped with onion and a pickle. You pick the sauce!
The Bird – Texas Whiskey Sauce compliments a generous helping of backyard chicken topped with melted Swiss and our smoky bacon. We finish this sandwich with fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles and onion for your pleasure.
Pork & Slaw – This is a favorite. Tender pulled pork topped with our special Carolina Sauce, creamy slaw and pickles. All wrapped in that slightly sweet, perfectly toasted brioche bun. Could you say no to this?
