Summertime, free time, good times! What are you doing for fun this summer? Maybe it’s a good time to get out and meet some new people. And that’s easy to do at Happy Hour at Good Union BBQ just off the plaza at CityLine. Friendly bartenders know how to mix a drink and have a good time. Salads for the best lunch at CityLine always come with our unforgettable GREEN CHILI CORNBREAD. And your choice of dressing. Seriously, consider ordering an extra cornbread to go, it’s that good!
The UNION SALAD is a relatively simple house salad that complements our other menu items. It can stand alone but it can also be the 1st layer of something bigger and better! Add a quarter pound of any of the smoked meats to take this salad to the next level.
The fresh field greens with tomato, cheddar, bacon, homemade croutons, and cornbread also go very well with a HALF RACK OF SPARE RIBS.
The LADY BIRD SALAD adds mangoes, avocado, and tender smoked chicken on top of the union salad. It’s probably our lightest salad. Great for an easy summer lunch. And greater with a glass of Chardonnay to quench your thirst! The two create a “Good Union!” And might just be the best lunch at CityLine.
Chili beans and smoky burnt ends plus the union salad and diced onions brisket make up the PINTO RANCH SALAD. Just filling enough that you can skip the side sandwich and move right to dessert! What will you have? CINNAMON APPLE, CHERRY, or PEACH HANDMADE FRIED PIES?
